Black Square Tubes
Black (mild steel) square and rectangular hollow sections — the fabricator's choice for grills, gates, furniture and welded frames.
Black hollow section is uncoated mild steel. It welds and finishes more readily than galvanised — no zinc to burn off — which makes it the usual pick for work that will be painted, powder-coated, or kept indoors.
For anything permanently exposed to Mauritius' weather we would point you at the galvanised equivalent instead. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which suits the job.
